I. General Provisions

• Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person.
• The controller has not appointed a data protection officer.

II. Sources and Categories of Personal Data Processed

1.  The controller processes the personal data you have provided to it or the personal data the controller has obtained in connection with the fulfillment of your order.
2. The controller processes your identification and contact information, as well as the data necessary to fulfill the contract.

III. Legal Basis and Purpose of Personal Data Processing

•  The legal basis for the processing of personal data is
  ‍
  – performance of the contract between you and the controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR,
  – compliance with the controller’s legal obligation under Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
• The purpose of processing personal data is
  
  – processing your order and fulfilling the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller; when placing an order, a non-binding order, or requesting information about a service, personal data is required that is necessary for the successful processing of the order (name, contact information), providing personal data is a necessary requirement for entering into and fulfilling the contract; without providing personal data, it is not possible to enter into the contract or for the controller to fulfill it,
  – compliance with legal obligations toward the state.
• The controller does not engage in automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR. You have provided your explicit consent to such processing.

IV. Data Retention Period

• The controller retains personal data
  – for the period necessary to exercise the rights and fulfill the obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller and to assert claims arising from such contractual relationships (for a period of 5 years from the termination of the contractual relationship).
• Once the retention period for personal data has expired, the controller will delete the personal data.

V. Recipients of Personal Data (the Controller’s Subcontractors)

• The recipients of personal data are individuals
  ‍
  – involved in processing payments and providing and delivering services under the contract,
  – providing services related to the operation of websites and web applications, as well as other services related to the operation of a company that develops websites and applications
  – providing marketing services.
• The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (a country outside the EU) or to an international organization.

VI. Personal Data Processors

• Personal data is processed by the controller; however, the following processors may also process personal data on its behalf:

  – or other providers of software for processing services and applications, which the controller does not currently use.
• The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (a country outside the EU) or to an international organization.

VII. Your Rights

• Under the conditions set forth in the GDPR, you have
  
  – the right to access your personal data under Article 15 of the GDPR,
  – the right to have personal data rectified under Article 16 of the GDPR, or to have processing restricted under Article 18 of the GDPR,
  – the right to erasure of personal data under Article 17 of the GDPR,
  – the right to object to processing under Article 21 of the GDPR,
  – the right to data portability under Article 20 of the GDPR and
  – the right to withdraw consent to processing in writing or electronically to the address or email address of the controller specified in Article III of these Terms and Conditions.
• You also have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe your right to personal data protection has been violated, or to take the matter to court.

VIII. Conditions for the Security of Personal Data

• The controller declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.
• The controller has implemented technical measures to secure data storage systems and physical storage of personal data.
• The controller declares that only persons authorized by it have access to personal data.

IX. Final Provisions

• By submitting your order via the online form, you confirm that you have read and fully accept the privacy policy.
• You agree to these terms by checking the consent box on the online form. By checking the consent box, you confirm that you have read the privacy policy and that you accept it in its entirety.
• The controller is authorized to amend these terms and conditions. The controller will publish the new version of the privacy policy on its website and will also send you the new version of these terms and conditions to the email address you provided to the controller.
